The early hydraulic clutch cars had a remote resevoir, short line to it from the master.
Later cars had a little PIA to fill tube.
I'd pull the master out so you have it in hand to compare.
I'd try to get it local as it will be easier to return if it does not fit.
If RA can get it so can others.
IIRC, you have to pull the Brake master off the booster. Pull the brake master forward, don't need to take the lines off the master.
Then unbolt the booster and bracket from the firewall and brake pedal and take it out.
That gets you a hole to work in to get the Clutch master out.

Being that is a 81 Concord, I would guess there is a good posiblity you can install the linkage.
But you'd need the entire setup from a Iron duke car with linkage, don't know that such a beast exists!
A six cylinder car from the 70's may adapt, but who knows!

Also, FYI, the Iron duke bell is the same pattern as a SBC, Horrors.....
