The AMCyclopedia uses MySQL and runs Drupal (PHP based) but it can run most other common languages except for Java. There's a dealer listing on it already that Frank uploaded. This would be a good site for these types of things since I can allow anyone who want to contribute (BTW, the site could use more contributors -- hint, hint) and if others are interested in administrating the site (which takes very little time), I can set them up for that as well.
