He did say USED parts, meaning he's on a budget! In that case I can see the attraction of using the 440 on hand. As others pointed out, and even he admitted, installing the 440 could be as costly as getting a good AMC engine. Personally I'd put the 440 up for sale and buy the AMC parts. If this were a Rebel/Matador/Ambo I'd drop the 440 in -- there's more room and exhaust wouldn't be a problem -- big body Mopar headers should fit easily.
