I promised a turbo to Jim in florida, haven't found it yet though...
I have a pair of turbos off of 95ish 2.0l's supposed to be almost new warranty pulls that did not have anything wrong as the replacement turbos made the same "noise".
  One should be about right for puffing a 196.
I guess I'm going to have to grit my teeth and go in that shed now that I think about it...
