[Amc-list] Anyone in Oregon?

I have an AMC Eagle that was last registered in Oregon (I am in Washington). The title has been lost and I do not know the name of the registered owner. From what I can tell from the Oregon DMV website I can not get this information unless I am a cop or a tow truck operator. I can get a "sanitized" vehicle report which would exclude address, phone number and name of the registered owner. (doesn't do me much good since I already have the vehicle info). Anyone in Oregon have any ideas on locating the registered owner so I can get this car in my name?
