That's also the press I have.[found mine at a local scratch and dent place, allready assembled for $109.] Works very well if you don't abuse it. As for pressing out studs, the only way to do it is to back the hub with a suitable piece of pipe around the stud head. If you don't to that the whole mess just wanders around. I usually just knock them out with a hammer too. -- Mark Price Morgantown, WV 1969 AMC Rambler, 4.0L, EFI, T-5 2004 Grand Cherokee Laredo, 4.7L, Quadratrc II " Chronic Pain Hurts" -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: "Jamie Smith" <oconner51@xxxxxxxxxxx> > We use this press > http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=33497<http://ww > w.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=33497> at work. works > really well for just about anything we have needed it for. > > What I have done if I absolutely have to reuse the studs is thread the nuts on > to keep from messing up the threads and then give them a good hard whack with a > good heavy hammer.
