I've looked at those for years and wondered what the end result would be should you try one with a 4 turn box on a street car. I've alwasy feared increased backlash and or bad road feel etc; A circle track car as so much camber and toe dialed in they a wrestling the whole way around that track anyway. Not sure what the circle track piece would be like. Sure would work to quickin that old 4 plus turn manual box though! Someone run out and try one! -- Mark Price Morgantown, WV 1969 AMC Rambler, 4.0L, EFI, T-5 2004 Grand Cherokee Laredo, 4.7L, Quadratrc II " Chronic Pain Hurts" -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: Greg Taylor <amundaza@xxxxxxxxx> > Tom, > If all you want is a quicker ratio box, what about adapting a quick-ratio > steering unit from a circle-track car.
