[Amc-list] how many times can you re-use the vinegar?

And can I add citric acid to the vinegar?  I think it is almost the same stuff (acetic acid vrs citric acid)
Could I use this on brake drums?  They will be milled before i use them anyway. 

Also are there other alternatives to waterless cooling?  That Evans stuff is like $30 a gallon!! and I would need 5 or 6 I think.
