Looks like Harland Sharp is the only one that sells the pedestal mount V8 bolt-on roller rockers. Sincerely, Greg Taylor Ken Ames <ameskg@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: So how come these links refer to an AMC 'V' six, not inline six? Are they thinking of the 2.8 or do they think all 6s are V-type? Don't see that part number in the Chev section. Ken Quoting Greg Taylor : > Has anyone run the Scorpion Performance bolt-on roller rockers for the 5/16" > pedestal mount (bridged rockers) AMC V8's. I've seen a few posts regarding ...snip... ********************************************************************************************************************** I believe Crane use to make pedestal roller Rockers setup for AMC and sell them though Mopar Performance also. Now they seem to only sell standard roller rockers and a conversion kit that requires some one else guide plates. Conversion to standard roller rockers can be done on most heads even without guide plates. It just depends on the heads. You need small push rod holes. If you got big round ones like on 73 & 74 heads then you need the guide plates or better yet cut them up and use the 73 & 74 heads for door stops.
