An agreement was reached between the two companies on January 14th, but the official merger wasn't completed until May 1st. Is your birthday the day your mom found out she was pregnant or the day you popped out?? ;>  I would have said date of conception, but talks had started between Nash and Hudson way before they agreed to a merger.
