Some of the AMC & Rambler trademarks ran out and DCX did not renew them.  I considered buying the old "Rambler" script that had interconnected lettering (not the capitalized block lettering) about 5 years ago, and re-trademarking it.  The New AMC did just that, bought the A-mark flag trademark and resubmitted it.
