[Amc-list] New American Motors Corporation

Has anyone else come across the new AMC web site?  Seems there's a new AMC, complete with the later red triangle/blue rectangle logo, and it has been around since 2005.  Anyone know where that came from?  Did someone buy the rights to that stuff from Chrysler a couple of years ago?
