Soory about the Gladiator missname, I was referring to the other front drive Jeep "thing". Yesterday was a cervical spinal injection day. I was little out of it. 16 months now, between pain and PIA doctors I get a little confused from time to time. Your comments are close to others I have heard. I almost wonder if the little Patriot is not the best choice for a DD. It is primarily a front drive car. I've heard Chrysler rear drive auto trans issues woes for years now... I don't know much about the Caliber, Patriot, series though. I prefer manual trans, but my wife is getting too erratic at driving them and my shoulder is just not co-operating. I wonder if I could find a standard shft right dirve Cherokee? Then I could shift with my left hand :] -- Mark Price Morgantown, WV 1969 AMC Rambler, 4.0L, EFI, T-5 " I was different before people dared to be different" -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: Jim Blair <carnuck@xxxxxxxxxxx> > > Since the Gladiator was only a concept vehicle, I see no likelihood of you > finding one for sale. <G> > The Liberty is a heavy turd that drives clunky and eats wheelbearings and > brakes.
