You have to drive or press the studs out first. I used a BFH for that. The hub is tight on the center of the drum, but I knocked that off too. I put the edges of the drum up on wood blocks and put a piece of corrugated cardboard under the hub for a little cushioning when it popped out. A wood block was used to drive the hub out. There is a good possibility of warping the drum by driving or pressing it off the hub.
