I forgot to mention that when I called, they were not aware of the Model 15 and thought all of the axles in that year range were the same.  If you verify and provide them with the dimensions, they'd probably offer it.  Nice people to talk to.  Wishful thinking, but maybe they'd even hook you up with a kit if you assisted in the development of the Model 15?
