I haven't read the whole thread yet, but my SOP for alignements is
1/2 neg camber
Find max caster on both sides and set to lowest side.
1/8" tow in.

I run poly bushings and used V8 american coils with 1 3/4" lowering plates.
Tires are 205/60/15" .

Handles great for a soon to be 40 year old car.
Ride is harsh, but more of a noise harshness than a feel harshness.
It is honestly quite comparable to our 98 Altima!!! If not actually better!
