[Amc-list] 287 trans

i have been told by a couple people on the list (cant
remember who now) that ford fmx trans kit could work
for my 65 287 trans. whoever it was that had said fmx
would work said early ones. im not sure if thats
refering to early fmx, or early bw trans. could
whoever knows about these things tell me if this
rebuild kit would work??

and also if thats a good price to pay for one? or is
that even what i should be looking for? i think i have
a broken clutch on one of the sun gears?? thanks for
