1970 Motors manual shows the AMC 327 and the Buick 350 offered as optional engines on the Jeep for 1968. Point is that it was offered as an option to the 327 if only in one year thus validating the lucidity that there is a direct tie in that extends to a legitimate use of a Chebby Small block in an AMC application! And the winner is------------------------ The hobby as a whole.
