We [WV] have an extensive network of railtrails for biking/hiking.
I finaly got back on the bike yesterday. Rode about an hour and a half. Everything went well, untill today, hard on my back.neck and shoulder hurts. This is not unexpected, just not wanted!!!
  One way or another I'll beat this yet!
