One idea to get started might be, start up on one carb, get that to go. Disconnect the throttle linkage from one carb, back out the idle stop so the butterfly is closed. Assuming it's not wet with gas inside, leave the unused carb there. With one carb bunched up to one end of the manifold, mixture for the far cylinders will be uneven, but it should run tolerably OK at idle/low speeds. Then at least you have only one carb to fiddle with. If you get it to idle tolerably well, if not perfect, and rev OK parked in neutral, you can set the other up the same way and move to the next step. _______________________________________________ Amc-list mailing list Amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx http://www.amc-list.com/mailman/listinfo/amc-list
