The jets don't matter at idle.

I assume you did the usual stock carb setup thing, bottom the
idle screws gently, back it out 2 turns or whatever the manual
calls for.

Certain you have no vacuum leaks?

Does it fire at all? Backfire/fart out the carb or tailpipe?

Raw gas smell? One choke or two?
