The drain petcock is no big deal. Drill a hole in the lowest portion of
a tank and put a screw in it. Remove screw to drain... ;> 

The hose might be a challenge. There are some hard "hoses" with short
rubber couplers on the market now. Maybe John or someone else can come
up with a short "adapter" hose similar to that? I cut the curved
portions out of a hose I picked up with the right molded turns and used
a piece of tubing between them before when a correct molded hose wasn't
available. Better than one of the convoluted universal hoses.
