Having just been screwed by a seller on Craigslist I
can sympathise with the buyer, but I would not do that
as a seller.  I would demand full payment before
shipment unless I knew the guy or at least knew him by
reputation.

I will be filing mail fraud charges agains the
craigslist crook since I used a postal money order for
payment.

I suggest that you offer to send whatever information
it would take to satisfy him, including detailed
pictures of the part, but demand full payment before
sending the parts.  My $0.02.
