warning: t14-o/d is very rare.  overdrive was falling out of favor by
'68-9 and afaik that's the only years they were made.

the only special parts are the mainshaft and o/d adapter, so i don't
think it'd be very difficult to reproduce - but of course you'd have
to find a t14-o/d first, to copy...
