All the XJ's crossed over to passenger side. It and the matching leadpipe should be darned near bolt in to the J series. Notice I said "should"!!! The one header that keeps popping up on eBay looks like it may be nice compact piece too! I know the description is a little vague, but it is usually listed under $200 and is supposed to be stainless, Someone over at the amcforums has a pic up of one on a six. -- Mark Price markprice242ATadelphia.net Morgantown, WV ---- farna@xxxxxxx wrote: > If anyone finds something let me know! I'd like to find a pre-bent head pipe for my J-10 (83 six cylinder). Or maybe I need an XJ Cherokee head pipe? Mine was 2WD -- do the 4x4 XJs run the exhaust over to the passenger side by crossing under the trans like the big Jeeps do? I plan on using a 4.0L exhaust manifold when I change the manifold gasket this spring. > > ----------------------------------- > > > Wayne E LaMothe wrote: > > >> Since the only place that makes exhaust pipes is over 30 miles away and > > >> the J10 has no pipes on it, I can't get the truck to them.
