Anyway > this trans is 'All That and more' !
A761E : 2004 Lexus Ls430 6spd. Transmission:
It is wayyyyyyyyyyy lite-weight......wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy ultra-lite weight - via latest pressure casting
techniques >
my knee-caps are still bouncing two inches off the ground from
hauling that '70 Street HEMI Torque-flite to the ForwardAir shippers -
and THAT
was Aluminium Cased 2 !
THIS Trans case feels 'EMpty' > buhut it AIN'T !
AND Yes, Aisin Trainees >Future6Sportsfans ..............!
..S'iGh'..............That Bellhousing - SHE .......a 'BOlt-on' !
mutha' luvin' shy-knee Bolts ! all Red-E for unkska-RUEin......
Don't know yet if the AW-4 Bellhousing bolts directly on - can't see
why it doesn't - Trans is currently in the back of my Cherokee - AW4
Bell is in Storage - and -
Have to dig more info. on the bell alignment to centre for the AW-4
bell vs A761E> someone on Strokers KNOWS! ALLthis - but ainn't
talking ......damn !Communistia .. they DID post some pix and data
in 'Pinko' Archive > worth a look to those so inclined> and those
pix will show that - :
this bell IS d'eeper' , since the V8 Convertor is m'utha-deep' -
so... maybe AMC one runs a spacer on an AW-4 bell'e [ not hard to do
;) ]
and up jumps a 'FrogLeapin' Lexi 6spd. mitt der T'oad Groady' lo-lo
first gear ration - for the Schizosaccharomycetaceae AMC Apps. > -
