Ron, while this is opposite side of what you need, note my comments there 
about rechroming. It is the fifth item down here:

But I had some reproductions I tried to have rechromed and they turned to 
mush. Originals can be rechromed, repros can't. Just my 2 1/2 cents adjusted 
for 'fuel surcharge'.
