Thank  you for the clarification.  I agree with you about calling the hatch
on the Gremlin anything but a flip up window.  But I love my Gremlins
nonetheless.

The early Pinto had a smaller hatch than later ones. But the ad does say
"wider", not "bigger". Just semantics, but the Gremlin flip up window (only
a "hatch" by a strtch of the imagination to me!) might be an inch or so
wider anyway.
