[AMC-List] License plate light

I found the part #3198678 for the license plate light.  Is it too much to expect these to available?  I can certainly mount another style of license plate light in the bumper, but the original seems so well thought out.  A nice clean way to do things.

Anyone going to take a shot at explaining the adjustment process for the cold, high idle on my 232 1 bbl, YF carb?
