[AMC-List] 4 on the tree

Back in the 70's when I was 16, I drove a Mercedes
taxi for awhile that had a four on the tree shifter. 
The body style was one of those ones with the small
fins like a '59 Rambler Ambassador. I don't remember
how reverse was set up on that car.
