I've never used ANYTHING other than sill plates, seats, seat belts, and other brackets that mount to the floor (such as console) to hold the carpet in place. It lays right in after a few weeks. I see on these car shows on TV they use steam to help make carpet and upholstery fit. I figure with a completly black interior sitting outside in the sun with the windows closed for 6-8 hours a day I will get the steamed effect and can tighten the carpet as needed and then I will glue it down permantly. I am really getting excited as after all this work and time it is finally coming together. I installed the repo window channel in the drivers door today along with the repo door gasket and window fuzies. I have the door custom panel and all the parts for it's installation ready for tomorrow after I have to do some banking and BS for my mothers business according to my lawyer. Now I will go back to cleaning the rear seat out of my yellow car so it can go in the orange one shortly. Hey Tom J. The puke tan is almost gone. Just the carpet and the dash left. > "Doc" ============================================================= Posted by wixList Archiver -- http://www.amxfiles.com/wixlist
