A: A good balance shop (like perpetual balance here in Everett, WA) can take 
your old flywheel and match the balance to the new flexplate if you can't 
get a new flexplate already done.

I have pulled the 360 out of my 1970 Rebel (standard trans) and plan to put
it in my Javelin (with a 904).

Obviously the flywheel will bolt right up but am I going to have a engine
balance problem?

Is the only solution to break the engine down entirely and have it all
balanced?
