There's not enough pressure on the hose in the big wiring harness grommet to colapse the hose, not if you can push the hose through. Just soap or silicone (NOT WD-40! it contains silicone... and paint thinner, as well as other ingredients not exactly kind to rubber) the hose and push it through!
