I got an estimate of 275 to replace at a local car upholstery place.  The 
guy said that he'd have to cut a piece of board and when it's in place glue 
vinyl or fabric to it so it wouldn't be creased along the sides.  The 
chekerboard pattern of the original allows the board to bend in all 
directions without creasing.  I haven't had it done yet.  There's so much 
else wrong.
