Go with the Kelsey Hays brakes off the 73. Rebuilt calipers are pretty inexpensive (last I checked Jeff Kennedy had them for $40 pr) and new rotors are just $100 ea. You could have a fairly new front brake system for just over $200. Cheap by todays brake system standards..
