Wiper arm connecton

The windsheild wiper arm (under the cowling) on our '72 Javelin has
disconnected from it's pivot at the motor. The TSM does not seem to show how
this is connected and I'm not finding the piece that held it in place. It
appears like it was a large snap ring or something like it. Can anyone
enlighten me on this, and where can I get a replacement part? Thanks
