Yes, you should. But, you forgot V8 Pacers.
I didn't say that they were common, but they WERE available. Just not in posi.
I have a 2.56 (Non-Posi, of course) Ring & Pinion (and appropiate carrier) in a 1968 American V8 rear end. I put it together over ten years ago for a V8 American project that I later abandoned; the rear end is still sitting in my pole barn. A 1978 304 Pacer was the donor vehicle.
No, there is not an AMC posi carrier available for the 2.56 ratio. But I was discussing the ratios that AMC put in cars (stock) and I thought that I would list ALL originally equipped ratios.
