How easily would a 401 fit?

I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me how well a 401/TH400 would fit in
lets say, an 82 Concord 2 door.  Yes, I do have the small car crossmembers.
I love my little javelin, but if something happened to come
along.....well.......I'm wanting to put my 401 into a Concord and the only
way I can do it is if I sell the Javelin.  Something I REALLY don't want to
do....but a 401 Concord has always been my dream car.  (don't laugh)
