Jesse's Timiing Problem

Jesse,

I don't know if anyone else mentioned this, but your
harmonic balancer could have slipped so that you are
not seeing the timing mark (TCD) at the correct
location.   You can check this by putting No. 1 piston
at the top of the compression stroke and checking the
timing mark location.
