I was not following this thread, but are we sure that it is not the relay 
that is the culprit?

I got my starter put back in after I took it down to have it tested, they 
tore it apart and said that something was bent inside but they fixed it and 
it 
worked great. I got back home with it, put it back in and OF COURSE it didnt 
work again!!! So I said forget this, order me a new one. So we will see 
what 
happens. I replaced the solinoid, so I know its not that...
