74 Gremlin With Opening Rear Windows?

Got a question for the experts. Our son stopped & looked at a Gremlin thatwas for sale in Wichita. My husband tried to find it to look at the following week but it was already sold. Norbert just HAD to see the car becauseit had something that we'd never seen or heard of on a Gremlin. The guy said that it was all original & that the windows hadn't been modified but the small side rear windows were made to open out. The guy told our son thatit was a '74 & it was a Levi Gremlin but the interior was shot. He wanted$850 for it.

We thought that maybe someone who knew a little more about the available options would know more about it. We have 6 Gremlins (plus the one that Norbert owned when we got married that I totaled) & none of ours have anything like it.
