Possible part source alert:
I don't remember where you're from, but I know of a junkyard in Waterford,
CT (on Route 1/Boston Post Road) that had, the last time I looked, several
Hornets and at least one Eagle 4x4. IIRC, a Grem & Hornet grille are the
same, and I know the hoods are the same.
And I see I'm not the only nutcase here. =)

Well, last week I posted that we had brought home #4 & 5 gremlins. Norbert
spent most of the day Memorial Day moving them all into formation to take
pictures.
Wednesday, we got a call from our son. A friend of his (not knowing that
Norbert & I were looking) found a Gremlin body that was in very good shape.
Engine was gone & most of the interior has been stripped. What's left of
the interior is deteriorated, seat covering & foam padding completely gone.
He was wanting Randy to list it on ebay for him & try to make some big
bucks. He decided that since it was a friend that was wanting it that he'd
just let us deal directly with the guy selling it & gave us the number.
Norbert called the guy & went to look at the car. The body is in great
shape but needs repainting. The grill is shot but bumpers & hood are both
good. The guy is just wanting to get rid of some cars. He is in the Nash
club & has several Nashes sitting out behind the barn where the Gremlin is.
He told us that we could have the car for $50! Needless to say, #6 is
coming home this week!
Then Saturday, a guy that we know calls. He found a Gremlin in good shape
in OKC. He's going down later this week & will take pictures. We still
need a good grill if we rebuild 2 cars. My grill is usable if we don't find
one. It only has one crack on the driver's side but since we're going to
all the work, we'd like to have a perfect one if possible. If we decide to
rebuild 3 cars we need 2 grills & a hood.
