One thing to consider when you change to front disc brakes: Check the diameter of the rear brake wheel cylinders on the car that you take the front disc setup from and compare it to the size of the units that are on your car. Chances are that they are the same or within 1/16th inch. Be aware of any differance as this can affect front to rear brake bias/balance. The other thing to note is the diameter of the brake pipe to the rear. In most change overs this possible differance tends to work in your favor, ie more front braking vs. rear. Just remember to write down as much info as you can about the donar car as it may not be available to you later. There is a very good pamphlet on hydraulic principles put out by OTS Tools that should be available at your local industrial bearing supply house. DANA aka orphanautos
