Well, the Boss said no work this weekend, so hopefully I can get outside tomorrow, and instead of working on the garage cleanup, I can actually do work on the GT and the sunroof Gremlin. I still need to move one large work table that's smack in my way, and the things under it, but other than that, I should be able to get to the cars for a change, instead of working on infrastructure and cleanup. I still need to do WAY more on THAT, but I'm getting the bible out to swear on it that I will make an effort to turn a wrench on the kammbacks parked in my backyard driveway for sure! I sure would like to get another one on the road, and useable for some everyday driving so I can get it ready for Kenosha. If all goes well tomorrow, I'll be out under the hood, and unloading all the Corvette parts I have stored in it as well, and get that lil orange and black beast running again! Got my IRS refund check this week, also a nice paycheck with some SERIOUS overtime pay in it, so I'm feeling happier right now than I did about 3 months ago, when I was so flat busted broke, I was down to mere dollars in my checking account, and wondering if I'd have enough to pay the mortgage that month. So now it's a few K's residing in the piggy, and I can start planning my trip to Kenosha and making reservations, and also getting some parts purchased for the Pacer and Gremlins for repairs now. And some new kitchen appliances for the fiancee, and pay to get the cats fixed and shot ( er, have their shots, LOL! ) , so it's a good month at the moment! Not a bill collector in sight, although my trash bill got overlooked, so I need to resubscribe to a new one, as they never brought me a supercan in the two years I've had their service, so I wanted to change anyway. :) Well, that's all for now, hope to report that at least TWO Gremlins will be running tomorrow evening. Ah, Friday...I'm ready, weekend, take me awayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!! Jerry in Virginia
