Ok, this year I'm SERIOUSLY looking to transfer over 4 of my cars to antique or classic insurance to save money. Several things bug me ; Hagertys doesn't "normally" insure cars worth below $5,000, so will the Gremlin classic value guide which lists a mint Gremlin at $4,500 be used, or do I just assume it's worth their minimum? Will they look it up and say Sorry, not worth our time? or do I just apply anyway with a minimum value? Most of mine are original drivers, not restored or mint, so I'd rather pay as little as possible, not interested in collecting big $ if I ever get hit! So, any advice for a guy seeking to fill out his antique insurance form on the "honest" side? :) Thanks for any and all advice from people who've "been there and done that". I'm tired of paying State Farm a bundle for cars I don't drive! Jerry Casper Woodbridge, VA
