Grills again

Ok, so it would probably be really expensive to have
some one create a precise model of a grille to be cast
out of aluminum. How about fiber glass? I see people
making entire car bodies out of the stuff. I have a
grille in fair condition with the usual cracks in it.
It would be real cool if I could figure out how to
make a sturdy repro. There has to be a way. Oh well.
