Hit Books-a-million last nite while dropping off some film for developing at the local mall, and perused the rag rack in the back. After skimming the model train, scale car, and ultralight/kit airplane sections, I went back to the auto and truck section to see what was new. Hit paydirt! Special Interest Autos magazine covers alot of unusual automobiles from all manufacturers, not just the B3's. This issue is exceptional, in that it is basically ABOUT Independant auto manufacturerers and their cars, as well as having an article on Nash styling studios, with lots of good B&W photo's of AMC prototypical cars of the era ( '50's, mostlly ). There are Nash/Hudson/AMC photos, covers from '48 convertible up to the '76 Gremlin of today, so I think this issue is a keeper, if you're interested in more than just AMX's or Javelins ( there's a MD '70 Javelin b&w pic too ). Other contents include Ford Thunderbird timeline, Chrylser's original Hemi, plus more. Enjoy! Jerry Casper Woodbridge, VA another rainy weekend following great weather while at work......sheesh.
