Went to U-Pick-Parts, was able to get:

Fender
Door
Idler Arm Bracket
*SWAY BAR*

I'm glad I was able to find the latter, thus avoiding paying $249 for a
new one. I bought replacement end links for it, only $7 a piece. I
bought a new idler arm and bushing, now that I have everything I'm going
to try and install it. As for the control arm bushings, it suddenly
occured to me that this probably isn't out of the realm of my usual
mechanic, who charges very reasonable rates. Next job is to pull the
old fender off, and see what other body damage is waiting for me.

Wish me luck,
