Bill,
the clip your referring to is a 78 concord..the 79-84 was a 4-light setup. 
the front clip will not fit a Gremlin due to the differences in the radiator 
area. I was going to do that once and found it to be a bad idea...the only 
front clips with fenders that will fit a Gremlin are: 71-78 Gremlin, 74-77 
Hornet, 80-81 Spirit, and some Eagles...but why would you want to mess up a 
Gremlin anyways???
