lifters

i was wondering how to take out and put new lifters in a 232 6 in a 
75 gremlin is it like a v8 and you just pull the carb and intake or i 
head from a guy there is a inspection plate on the side of the mottor 
my gremlin is a 1975 gremlin not a gremlin x i bought it for fun to 
play with it only has 61000 miles on it it has a 3 speed manual i was 
going to orginaly rip the 6 out a and drop a 360 in it but i just 
cant see ripping apart this nice little cars it does need a qarter 
panel and rockers
